His-Tag (D3I1O) XP® Rabbit mAb (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) recognizes recombinant proteins containing the 6xHis epitope tag. The antibody recognizes the 6xHis-tag fused to either the amino or carboxy terminus of targeted proteins in transfected cells.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488 fluorescent dye and tested in-house for direct immunofluorescent and flow cytometry analysis in human cells. This antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated His-Tag (D3I1O) XP® Rabbit mAb #12698.

Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.

HIS Lite iFluor 568 Tris NTA-Ni复合物是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光染料，荧光tris-NTA化合物为聚组氨酸标签的蛋白的位点特异性和稳定的非共价荧光标记提供了有效的方法。与常规单-NTA的瞬时结合相反，与tris-NTA结合的荧光团的多价相互作用与带有多组氨酸标签的蛋白形成了更加稳定的复合物。tris-NTA化合物对累积的组氨酸具有很高的选择性，可以选择性标记细胞裂解液和活细胞表面上的蛋白质。荧光tris-NTA偶联物可用于分析溶液中和表面上的三元蛋白质复合物。过渡金属离子（例如，Ni离子）介导的多组氨酸标记的蛋白质与荧光tris-NTA偶联物的络合提供了灵敏的报告基因，用于实时检测和监测蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用。该iFluor 565 Tris NTA化合物用作灵敏的荧光探针，可检测细胞，溶液和固体表面中多组氨酸标记的蛋白质。与OG488-tris-NTA化合物结合使用，可用于多组氨酸标记的蛋白的多色分析。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商，为您提供最优质的HIS Lite iFluor 568 Tris NTA-Ni复合物。
