■ 制品说明
纤维连接蛋白 (fibronectin，FN) 是分子量为440,000的高分子糖蛋白。FN存在于细胞表面、细胞外基质及血浆中，是主要的细胞粘附分子之一，可将细胞连接到细胞外基质上。FN主要由成纤维细胞、内皮细胞、软骨细胞、神经胶质细胞和肌细胞等合成，与细胞表面的特异性受体 (整合素) 结合，调控细胞的粘附和迁移。血液中存在大量的FN，检测癌症患者血液中的FN，可作为癌症的判断指标。最近也有在癌症患者的尿液中检测出 (UrinaryFN:UFN) 的报道。尿液中存在不同大小的FN片段，这些FN片段中大都有细胞结合区域 (cell-binding domain)。过去使用兔抗人纤维连接蛋白多克隆抗体因无法识别天然FN片段而无法进行定量。在使用了可识别细胞结合区域的2个单克隆抗体后，首次实现了对尿液中存在的FN片段的定量。
本制品是使用单克隆抗体对人FN的细胞结合区域进行定量检测的ELISA 试剂盒。本制品可对人血浆、尿液、人培养细胞上清液中存在的微量FN及其分解产物进行定量。因固化抗体与人FN特异性反应，不与牛FN产生交叉反应，因此可直接以含胎牛血清的人培养细胞的上清液作为检测样品进行测定。

本制品不含防腐剂。溶解后的抗体溶液 (2.0 mg/ml) 分成小包装后，-20℃可保存1年，添加0.1%NaN3后4℃可保存6个月。避免反复冻融，稀释后尽量不要保存。
 
■ 抗体溶解
使用200 μl灭菌蒸馏水溶解 (2.0 mg/ml，不含防腐剂)。
 
■ 用途
◇ 非还原非加热条件下的蛋白质印迹分析。
◇ 石蜡包埋切片及冷冻切片的免疫组织化学染色。
