磷酸化的EGFR (Tyr992)的抗体仅在Tyr992位点被磷酸化后才能检测到内源EGFR的水平。本抗体可能与EGFR家族的其它蛋白（如ErbB2)发生交叉反应。多克隆抗体通过用合成多肽免疫动物得到，该磷酸化多肽是根据人的EGFR蛋白Tyr992附近的氨基酸序列合成的。抗体经过protein A和亲和层析纯化。Phospho-EGF Receptor (Tyr992) Antibody detects endogenous EGF receptor only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 992. The antibody may cross-react with other activated EGF receptor family members (e.g. ErbB2). Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr992 of human EGF receptor. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography. Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Rat.

人EGF Neutralizing (D8A1) Rabbit mAb（中和兔单抗）能够与人源EGF相结合，并且能够在10A细胞增殖测试实验发挥中和EGF活性的作用。这种抗体不会与人源细胞调节素或者人源TGF-α发生交叉反应。中和抗体能够通过结合生物分子抑制正常的生物功能。这些试剂可以用来确定一个特定的大分子在生物系统中的影响。人EGF Neutralizing (D8A1) Rabbit mAb（中和兔单抗）能够中和体外EGF诱导的MCF 10A细胞的增殖，ND50的范围在200-700 ng/ml。Human EGF Neutralizing (D8A1) Rabbit mAb binds to human EGF and neutralizes its effects in an MCF 10A cell proliferation assay. This antibody does not cross-react with human betacellulin or human TGF-α.Neutralizing antibodies can be used to inhibit normal biological function through their binding to biological molecules. These reagents can be used to determine the effects that a particular molecule has in biological systems. Human EGF Neutralizing (D8A1) Rabbit mAb has been shown to neutralize the EGF-induced proliferation of MCF 10A cells in vitro with an ND50 in the range of 200-700 ng/ml.

磷酸化的EGFR (Tyr1068)的抗体仅在Tyr1068位点被磷酸化后才能检测到内源EGFR的水平。本抗体可能与EGFR家族的其它蛋白（如ErbB2)发生交叉反应，并与PDGF受体有轻微的交叉反应。多克隆抗体通过用合成多肽免疫动物得到，该磷酸化多肽是根据人的EGFR蛋白Tyr1068附近的氨基酸序列合成的。抗体经过protein A和亲和层析纯化。Phospho-EGF Receptor (Tyr1068) Antibody detects endogenous levels of EGF receptor only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1068. The antibody may cross-react with other activated EGF receptor family members (e.g. ErbB2), and cross-reacts slightly with activated PDGF receptor .Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr1068 of human EGF receptor. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
