Dynamin I/II Antibody识别内源性的dynamin总蛋白。此抗体不识别相关的dynamin类似的蛋白DLP。该多克隆抗体用与人类dynamin蛋白中Tyr231位点附近的氨基酸序列对应的人工合成肽段免疫动物而制成。该抗体使用蛋白A和蛋白亲和层析纯化而得。Dynamin I/II Antibody detects endogenous levels of total dynamin protein. The antibody does not recognize the related dynamin-like protein DLP. Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr231 of human dynamin. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
