SMART-Seq v4 3’DE Kit—简便的高性能单细胞差异表达分析
· 升级的SMART技术—带有LNA修饰的SMART-Seq v4 oligo 加升级的配方带来更好的性能
   (灵敏度高，更好重复性，更多的GC-rich基因)
· 末端捕获流程—大部分reads集中于3’端，同时维持出色的灵敏度，缩减了差异表达分析需要

· 高达12个样品pool—内嵌的indexes作为细胞barcode，可以实现在每个测序lane中高达12个样品
   的pool，进一步缩短时间，降低成本
 
单细胞转录组研究对于研究细胞群内不同单细胞表达情况非常重要。Takara Clontech 研发了单细胞mRNA转录本末端捕获技术，该技术侧重于3’端的末端捕获，使您可以用更少的测序reads获得高品质测序数据。本试剂同样采用了领先的SMART-Seq v4 技术，结合了SMART (Switching Mechanism at 5’ End of RNA Template) 技术和LNA (Locked Nucleic Acid) 技术。
本试剂除了侧重于mRNA转录本3’端外，还包含了内嵌的indexes作为Read2的细胞barcode，可以实现在每个测序lane中高达12个样品的pool，进一步缩减了时间和研究成本。本试剂可以1–10.5 μl体系起始，依赖于Illumina Nextera® XT DNA Library Preparation Kit。本试剂设计并经验证可以用于以下测序平台的cDNA文库和测序文库制备：HiSeq®,NextSeq®,MiSeq®和MiniSeq®。
