Super Clear Mount封片剂

Super Clear Mount（RI:1.52）是将折射率（RI）调整到与浸油（RI:1.52）以及盖玻片（RI:1.52）折射率完全一致的产品。与传统封片剂相比，Super Clear Mount提高了深层部位的分辨率，可用于更高分辨率的分析。另外，用油镜观察时，即使在深部也可以维持稳定的亮度与分辨率（尤其是z分辨率），也可用于超分辨率的应用。

*Super Clear Mount虽为非硬化性，但与空气接触部分会硬化。因此，可以通过滴入过量的Super Clear Mount，用多余部分硬化盖玻片、样本和载玻片。

（A）HEK293细胞中的荧光蛋白表达后，分别使用Super Clear Mount、PBS、其他公司商品（荧光蛋白适用）封片。

（A）持续使用水银灯照射并检测荧光亮度变化。物镜为20× dry（NA 0.4）。将照射开始时的荧光亮度设为1。

◆使用超分辨率显微镜的应用实例

使用超分辨率显微镜，实现深部超分辨率成像

传统的封片剂会使画面失真，但使用Super Clear Mount能在深部获得高分辨率图像。

（A）使用超分辨率显微镜观察细胞膜上的丝状伪足延伸在HEK293T细胞的细胞膜上表达EGFP后，使用核染料、线粒体染料进行观察通过超分辨显微镜获取细胞膜上的丝状伪足延伸。

（B）使用超分辨率显微镜观察果蝇大脑

（A）果蝇大脑延髓神经节的神经细胞：使用荧光蛋白（GFP）标记Mi1，使用超分辨率观察（深度约为100 μm）。

（A）实现深层部分超分辨率成像。

Designed for PCR, qPCR and general storage. The film is made from heat-resistant polyester and is much easier to handle and apply than foils due to its rigidity. Universal fit for use with flat-top, raised-rim and deep-well polypropylene plates. Smaller dimensions and chamfered corners result in no plate overhang for robotics applications, plate stacking, ease of handling and tight storage conditions. An extra strong, thick adhesive layer provides a secure seal which reduces evaporation during thermal cycling. Removes easily and cleanly from plate surfaces without adhesive residue. Features two end-tabs with perforations for ease of handling, application and removal. Certified DNase- & RNase- free.
