Phospho-ATR (Ser428) Antibody 能够检测内源性的丝氨酸(428位点)磷酸化的ATR蛋白。该多克隆抗体是由合成的人源的针对ATR蛋白近丝氨酸(428位)肽段免疫动物，利用A蛋白和多肽亲和层析纯化生产的。Phospho-ATR (Ser428) Antibody detects endogenous levels of ATR only when phosphorylated at serine 428.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser428 of human ATR. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
