反式脂肪酸标准品
反式脂肪酸是在人造黄油、起酥油等氢化油的制造过程中经氢化生成的。反式脂肪酸会增加血液里的坏胆固醇——LDL（低密度脂类）胆固醇，长期大量摄取的情况下，会造成动脉硬化等缺血性心脏疾病。为此，人们开始检讨是否需要硬性规定在食品包装上标注反式脂肪酸的含量。
“标准油脂分析实验法”里关于反式脂肪酸含量的检测，暂时采用了毛细管气相色谱法。
为此我们提供能确定反式脂肪酸检测位置的甲基α-亚麻酸，亚油酸甲基的反式异构体。
