游离辅酶A及酰基辅酶A 标准品—上海金畔生物

辅酶A是一种含有泛酸的辅酶，在某些酶促反应中作为酰基的载体。由泛酸、腺嘌呤、核糖核酸、磷酸等组成的大分子，与醋酸盐结合为乙酰辅酶A，从而进入氧化过程。辅酶A　Coenzyme A （Co A） 为体内乙酰化反应的辅酶对糖、脂肪及蛋白质的代谢起重要作用，其中对脂肪代谢的促进作用更加重要。

酰基辅酶A acyl－CoA 为脂肪酸与辅酶A的硫醇脂化合物（RCO－CoA）。系脂肪酸合成和分解的活性代谢中间物，水解时生成脂肪酸和辅酶A。另外在脂肪酸和辅酶A合成时消耗ATP。

Easy to fill 96-lens structure – typically 30 microlitres per buffer lens. Standard ANSI/SLAS 1-2004 form for automation. Optically perfect wells with lens effect for a better view with microscope. 近红外羧基荧光聚苯乙烯微球，用于免疫层析定量检测―上海金畔

将近红外荧光与纳米微球连接，用于免疫层析定量检测。在检测过程中，利用红外光扫描仪，采用近红外光分别扫描质控线和样品线，用质控线荧光强度校正检测线荧光强度后代入荧光分析仪中的标准曲线，即可分析检测标本中的待测物的浓度。与近红外荧光分子直接与检测分子连接相比，近红外荧光纳米微球免疫层析显著的提高了检测灵敏度，降低了背景荧光强度。该标记方法和试剂可以在微生物检测、食品安全检测、毒品检测以及危险化学品快速检测中应用。
