PC1/3 Antibody兔多抗能够检测内源性的PC1/3总蛋白。该多克隆抗体是由合成的人源PC1/3蛋白精氨酸(364位)肽段免疫动物而制备的。抗体由protein A和肽亲和层析技术纯化。PC1/3 Antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total PC1/3 protein.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Arg364 of human PC1/3 protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
