This antibody may cross-react with a protein of unknown origin at ~45 kDa in some cell lines.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the carboxy terminus of human CAD protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
