This antibody also cross-reacts with a protein of unknown origin at ~130 kDa.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Thr1133 of human BACH1/BRIP1 protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
