Phospho-Akt (Thr450) (D5G4)Rabbit mAb可以识别Thr450被磷酸化的内源性总的Akt1蛋白。抗体也可以与对应氨基酸残基被磷酸化的Akt2和Akt3发生反应。抗体与其他位点被磷酸化的Akt没有反应性。单克隆抗体由合成肽段免疫动物产生，该肽段与人Akt1蛋白的Thr450邻近残基序列一致。Phospho-Akt (Thr450) (D5G4) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of Akt1 only when phosphorylated at Thr450. This antibody also recognizes Akt2 and Akt3 when phosphorylated at the corresponding residues. It does not recognize Akt phosphorylated at other sites.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Thr450 of human Akt1 protein.
