Phospho-p44/42 MAPK (Erk1/2) (Thr202/Tyr204) (197G2) XP® Rabbit mAb兔单抗 (Alexa Fluor® 647 Conjugate)能够检测内源性的Thr202和Tyr204被双重磷酸化的Erk1(Thr185和 Tyr187双重磷酸化的Erk2)，以及Tyr204被单磷酸化后的p44和p42 MAPK(Erk1和Erk2)蛋白。该抗体与JNK/SAPK或p38 MAPK中的相应磷酸化残基没有交叉反应。此抗体偶联了Alexa Fluor® 647荧光素染料，并经过了内部测试，可用于人类细胞样本的流式细胞分析检测。该抗体和未偶联的Phospho-p44/42 MAPK (Erk1/2) (Thr202/Tyr204) (197G2) Rabbit mAb #4377有相同的物种交叉反应性。Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Thr202/Tyr204 of human p44 MAP kinase.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 647 fluorescent dye and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry analysis in human cells. This antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated Phospho-p44/42 MAPK (Erk1/2) (Thr202/Tyr204) (197G2) Rabbit mAb #4377.
