TFIIE-α Antibody 兔多抗能够检测内源性TFIIE-α总蛋白。此多克隆抗体是采用合成的与人源TFIIE-α蛋白的Gly243残基周围序列相对应的肽段免疫动物而生产的。多克隆抗体由蛋白质A和多肽亲和层析纯化而成。TFIIE-α Antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total TFIIE-α protein.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Gly243 of human TFIIE-α protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
