The antibody does not cross-react with endogenous levels of non-phosphorylated proteins, phospho-threonine in another context, or proteins with a phosphorylated serine within the PXSP motif.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide library containing the phospho-PXTP motif.
