Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Dog, Pig。c-Myc (D84C12) Rabbit mAb (PE Conjugate) detects endogenous levels of total c-Myc protein. This antibody is not recommended for detection of Myc-tagged fusion proteins. For detection of Myc-tagged fusion proteins use Myc-Tag (9B11) Mouse mAb #2276 or Myc-Tag (71D10) Rabbit mAb #2278.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to phycoerythrin (PE) and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry analysis in human cells. The antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated c-Myc (D84C12) Rabbit mAb #5605.
