CENP-A (C51A7) Rabbit mAb兔单抗能够检测内源性的小鼠CENP-A总蛋白水平。该抗体不能与其它组蛋白包括组蛋白H3发生交叉反应。通过合成的与小鼠CENP-A蛋白氨基端周围相应的多肽片段去免疫动物从而制备出此单克隆抗体。CENP-A (C51A7) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of total mouse CENP-A protein. This antibody does not cross-react with other histone proteins, including Histone H3.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the amino terminus of mouse CENP-A protein.
