Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Chicken.β-Tubulin (9F3) Rabbit mAb (Alexa Fluor® 555 Conjugate)兔单抗检测内源性β-tubulin总蛋白。通过人工合成人源β-tubulin蛋白的氨基端相应的磷酸化片段去免疫动物从而制备出单克隆抗体。该抗体在F/P比值2-6的更佳条件下连接Alexa Fluor® 555。β-Tubulin (9F3) Rabbit mAb (Alexa Fluor® 555 Conjugate) detects endogenous levels of total β-tubulin protein.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to the amino terminus of human β-tubulin. The antibody was conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 555 under optimal conditions with an F/P ratio of 2-6.
