FoxO1 (C29H4) Rabbit mAb兔单抗能够检测内源性的FoxO1总蛋白。抗体不和其他外源性表达的家族蛋白FoxO3a 和 FoxO4反应。该单克隆抗体是采用与人源FoxO1 蛋白羧基端序列相对应的GST融合蛋白免疫动物而生产的。FoxO1 (C29H4) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of total FoxO1 protein. The antibody does not detect exogenously expressed family members FoxO3a or FoxO4.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a GST-fusion protein corresponding to carboxy-terminal residues of human FoxO1.
