MeCP2 (D4F3) XP® Rabbit mAb兔单抗能够检测内源性MeCP2的蛋白水平(A和B亚型)。该抗体不与MBD蛋白发生交叉反应。通过合成的与人源MeCP2蛋白羧基端相应多肽片段去免疫动物从而制备出此单克隆抗体。MeCP2 (D4F3) XP® Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of MeCP2 (both isoforms A and B). This antibody does not cross-react with other MBD proteins.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the carboxy terminus of human MeCP2.
