It does not cross-react with the p50 subunit or other NF-κB family members.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the carboxy-terminus of human NF-κB1 p105. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
