N-WASP (30D10) Rabbit mAb兔单抗检测内源性N-WASP总蛋白。该抗体不能与造血细胞的蛋白WASP发生交叉反应。通过人工合成人源N-WASP蛋白相应的多肽片段去免疫动物从而制备出单克隆抗体。N-WASP (30D10) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total N-WASP protein. The antibody does not cross-react wth the hematopietic protein, WASP.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding the sequence of human N-WASP.
