Phospho-PKCζ/λ(Thr410/403)抗体识别内源性的Thr410位点磷酸化的PKCζ蛋白，和Thr514位点磷酸化的PKCλ蛋白。此抗体与其它内源性水平的PKC亚型没有交叉反应。该多克隆抗体用与人类PKCζ中Thr410位点附近的氨基酸序列对应的人工合成磷酸化的肽段免疫动物制备。该抗体使用蛋白A和蛋白亲和层析纯化而得。Phospho-PKC zeta/lambda (Thr410/403) Antibody detects endogenous PKC zeta only when phosphorylated at threonine 410, endogenous PKC lambda only when phosphorylated at threonine 403, and endogenous PKC gamma only when phosphorylated at threonine 514. The antibody does not cross-react with endogenous levels of other PKC isoforms.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Thr410 of human PKC zeta. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
