Phospho-IRS-1 (Ser307)抗体识别内源性的Ser307磷酸化的IRS-1蛋白水平。此抗体与其它相关磷酸化蛋白没有交叉反应。该多克隆抗体用与鼠IRS-1中Ser307位点（对应于人IRS-1中Ser312）附近的氨基酸序列对应的人工合成磷酸化肽段免疫动物而制成。该抗体使用蛋白A和蛋白亲和层析纯化制得。Phospho-IRS-1 (Ser307) Antibody detects endogenous IRS-1 only when phosphorylated at serine 307. This antibody does not cross-react with other related phospho-proteins.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser307 of mouse IRS-1 (equivalent to Ser312 of human IRS-1). Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
