Myosin IIa Antibody检测内源性myosin IIa总蛋白。该抗体不能与myosin IIb或IIc的非肌性重链发生交叉反应。通过人工合成小鼠myosin IIa蛋白羧基末端周围相应的多肽片段去免疫动物从而制备出多克隆抗体。Myosin IIa Antibody detects endogenous levels of total myosin IIa protein. The antibody does not cross-react with the nonmuscle heavy chains of myosin IIb or IIc.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the carboxy terminus of mouse myosin IIa.
