No cross-reactivity was detected with other family members at physiological conditions.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding cysteine 192 of human TRAF2. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
