AMPA Receptor (GluR 2) (D39F2) Rabbit mAb 兔单抗识别内源性的总GluR 2蛋白。由于抗原序列的同源性不同，预计此抗体不能识别其它AMPA受体亚基（如GluR1、GluR3、GluR4）。该单克隆抗体由合成的人类GluR 2蛋白氨基末端附近肽段免疫动物而制成。AMPA Receptor (GluR 2) (D39F2) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of total GluR 2 protein. The antibody is not predicted to recognize other AMPA receptor subunits (e.g. GluR 1, GluR 3 or GluR 4) based on sequence homology of the antigen.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the amino terminus of human GluR 2 protein.
