Cleaved Caspase-8 (Asp387) (D5B2) XP® Rabbit mAb (Mouse Specific) 兔单抗能够检测内源性水平的小鼠 Asp387剪切的caspase-8蛋白。除了p18亚基外，该抗体也能识别含有p18亚基亲域（P43）的酶切产物。该单克隆抗体是采用合成的小鼠caspase-8蛋白天冬氨酸387位周围残基相对应的肽段免疫动物而制备的。Cleaved Caspase-8 (Asp387) (D5B2) XP® Rabbit mAb (Mouse Specific) recognizes endogenous levels of mouse caspase-8 only when cleaved at Asp387. In addition to the p18 subunit, this antibody also detects cleavage products containing the pro-domain with the p18 subunit (p43).Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Asp387 of mouse caspase-8 protein.
