iFluor® 405 叠氮化物相当稳定,在点击化学中与炔烃基团表现出良好的反应性和选择性。 iFluor® 染料针对标记蛋白质(尤其是抗体)进行了优化。这些染料明亮、光稳定,对蛋白质的猝灭作用最小。它们可以被荧光仪器的主要激光线(例如 350、405、488、555 和 633 nm)很好地激发。 iFluor® 405 染料的荧光激发和发射最大值分别为 ~405 nm 和 ~420 nm。 iFluor® 405 系列的光谱特性与 Alexa Fluor® 405 的光谱特性基本相同(Alexa Fluor® 405 是 ThermoFisher 的商标)。它的荧光在 pH 3 到 11 范围内pH不敏感。这些光谱特性使这一新染料系列成为 Alexa Fluor® 405 的绝佳替代品。
