技術情報
染色溶液の調製
A液及びB液を室温に戻す。
5 mLのPBS(-)溶液にA液10 μL液15 μLを入れる。これを染色溶液とする。このとき、Calcein-AMは2 μmol/L、PIは4 μmol/Lの濃度となる。
