产品介绍

膜电位荧光探针MM 1-43是美国AAT Bioquest生产的用于膜电位的荧光探针。MM 1-43是我们的膜标记1-43的缩写,化学上称为N-(3-三乙基氨基丙基)-4-(4-(二丁基氨基)苯乙烯基)吡啶鎓二溴化物。MM 1-43在化学上与FM 1-43的分子相同。在文献中,该膜标记也称为“FM 1-43”(FM是Molecular Probes的商标)。它是一种水溶性膜探针,属于苯乙烯基染料家族。它广泛用于细胞生物学和神经生物学,因为它对细胞的毒性极小。MM 1-43在水性介质中几乎不发荧光,并且在与膜结合后强烈发荧光。它用标准荧光素光学滤光片有效激发,并且当与质膜结合时表现出强烈的荧光信号。MM 1-43经常被用于量化神经元中的胞吐作用。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的膜电位荧光探针MM 1-43。
