产品介绍
钙紫绿素500 CytoCalcein 405nm激发 是美国AAT Bioquest生产的细胞活力测定试剂,CytoCalcein Violet 500设计用于以与钙黄绿素AM相同的方式标记活细胞。它具有在405 nm处的最大激发,与流式细胞仪的紫色激光线完全匹配,也可以用荧光显微镜的激发源很好地激发。进入活细胞后,弱荧光的CytoCalcein Violet 500水解为强荧光染料,其最大激发/发射波长为405 nm / 500 nm。与典型的FACS荧光团的出色光谱分离为多重实验提供了更多选择。CytoCalcein Violet 450,CytoCalcein Violet 500,CytoCalcein Blue 550和CytoCalcein Blue 600已开发用于流式细胞仪。CytoCalcein 染料显示出与Calcein,AM类似的生物学特性。它们针对各种流式细胞仪的激发波长进行了优化,为活细胞的流式细胞术分析提供了其他颜色。CytoCalcein Violet 450和CytoCalcein Violet 500被405 nm的紫色激光充分激发,并分别在450 nm和500 nm发射荧光。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的钙紫绿素500 CytoCalcein 405nm激发。
