产品介绍
细胞衰老是触发不可逆的生长停滞,以防止DNA损伤的细胞生长。衰老相关的β-半乳糖苷酶在衰老细胞中高度过表达,已被广泛用作衰老标记。比色X-gal染色法广泛用于检测衰老细胞中的SA-beta-gal。但是,着色方法有一些局限性,例如需要固定细胞(由于X-gal的细胞通透性低),染色时间较长和灵敏度低。Cell Meter 细胞凋亡活性检测试剂盒使用红色β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷,一种荧光性β-Gal底物,易于进入活细胞,并被细胞内的β-半乳糖苷酶裂解,产生强烈的红色荧光。与不渗透细胞的X-Gal底物不同,它具有出色的细胞渗透性。强大的Cell Meter 细胞凋亡活性检测试剂盒使用户能够以更高的灵敏度检测衰老。Xite Redβ-D-吡喃半乳糖苷也可以固定用于进一步的细胞分析。Xite Red的红色荧光可以很容易地与其他彩色荧光探针(例如DAPI或GFP)结合使用。Xite Red产品可以很好地保留在细胞内部,为荧光成像和流式细胞仪分析产生稳定的信号。
