蛋白质的位点选择性修饰是化学生物学中的重点。用于蛋白质修饰的大多数传统方法都是基于蛋白质中胺或巯基的反应。然而,已经开发出许多方法来将醛官能团掺入蛋白质中。快速准确地测量醛含量是生物和化学研究的重要工具。 Amplite 快速比色蛋白质醛含量定量试剂盒提供了使用我们专有的AldeView 488探针定量醛基的准确方法,该探针在〜495nm处具有最大吸收。 AldeView 488与醛修饰的蛋白质样品发生反应。生成的产品通过单个旋转柱运行,以去除多余的AldeView 488探针。检测纯化产物的吸收光谱,并且可以通过495nm / 280nm的吸收比确定醛与蛋白质的比。 Amplite 快速比色蛋白质醛含量定量试剂盒可在传统比色皿超微量分光光度计或紫外分光光度计中进行。
