Bik Antibody能够检测内源性水平的Bik蛋白。该抗体不会与Bcl-2家族成员产生交叉反应。该多克隆抗体是采用合成的人源Bik蛋白N末端周围残基相对应的肽段免疫动物而制备的。抗体由protein A和肽亲和层析技术纯化。Bik Antibody detects endogenous levels of Bik protein. It does not cross-react with other Bcl-2 family members.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in the amino-terminus of Bik. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
