Phospho-p70 S6 Kinase (Ser371) Antibody可以检测Ser371位点磷酸化的内源性p70 S6激酶。这些抗体也可以检测相对应位点（Ser394)磷酸化的p85 S6激酶和Ser370位点磷酸化的S6KII β。多克隆抗体是采用人p70 S6激酶Ser371位点周围残基相对应的合成磷酸肽免疫动物生产的，抗体采用蛋白A和肽亲和层析法纯化。Phospho-p70 S6 Kinase (Ser371) Antibody detects endogenous levels of p70 S6 kinase only when phosphorylated at serine 371. This antibody also detects p85 S6 kinase when phosphorylated at the analogous site (Ser394) and possibly S6KII beta phosphorylated at Ser370.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues around serine 371 of human p70 S6 kinase. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
